SUITE TORRE DEL CANONICO – This gorgeous suite is developed on two floors: a lounge-studio with a private bathroom on the ground floor; the upstairs bedroom with a wooden ceiling and exposed beams; and a beautiful private terrace overlooking the orangery and the swimming pool garden. All the furnishings and the magnificent sofas are antiques dating back to the 17th century.
The Eremo della Giubiliana is located a few kilometers south of Ragusa, on a geographical scale further south than Tunisia, in the Eastern Lands of a very different Sicily, that of the Hyblean Highlands and untainted nature, surrounded by carob groves and dry stone walls. Substantial ancient ramparts of white stone surround and protect the courtyards and constructions within.
