Where to eat in central Rome? Here are the experiences not to be missed!
- Ristorante Piperno: The first restaurant we are going to tell you about is a historic establishment. Open since 1860, it offers menus made with raw materials that follow the season but always according to Roman tradition. The restaurant is located in a small, very intimate square in the immediate vicinity of Tiber Island in the Jewish quarter.
- Ristorante trattoria il Tritone: We recommend this place if only for their cacio e pepe, or to eat an excellent carbonara in Rome! For us, one of the best in the city, but in addition to the cacio e pepe absolutely do not miss the Roman style artichokes! Trattoria il Tritone is also a historic restaurant in Rome open since 1884!

Another point, which in times like these can be in favor, is that the restaurant in Rome’s Trastevere is outdoors.
- La Parolaccia: Here is the famous restaurant “la parolaccia.” Despite its reputation the dishes are delicious, and unless you are super touchy, we are sure that the evening will definitely be lively if you decide to eat at this restaurant in Rome.
- Ristorante Pizzeria ai Marmi: in addition to excellent pizza, their fried cod and super supplì are a must try.
